Hi Friends,
Happy Friday.

Here are some links (and descriptions) for some things that I found interesting.
Help me, help you:
Alright, on to the links:
Mastra: the open-source JavaScript framework for building agents
Previously, we built Gatsby, the open-source React web framework. We noticed our friends building AI applications getting stuck debugging prompts, figuring out why their agents called (or didn’t call) tools, and writing lots of custom memory retrieval logic. In October, we started building Mastra, and last week, we went viral on Hacker News and Github and went from 1,500 to 7,500 stars…Tips for building AI agents
Anthropic’s Barry Zhang (Applied AI), Erik Schluntz (Research), and Alex Albert (Claude Relations) discuss the potential of AI agents, common pitfalls to avoid, and how to prepare for the evolving landscape…A New Web is Here: Unified by AI
Traditionally, integrations are done via APIs, but now, with Operator and others, agentic browser automation is an additional way to integrate. Here, we will compare the different options and discuss the pros and cons of each.Three ways to integrate with web platforms that lack official APIs:
Agentic Browser Automation: using a browser automation agent with step-by-step reasoning.
Hardcoded Browser Automation: hardcoded browser automation script.
Internal API Connection: reverse-engineering the platforms’ internal APIs…
Agentic AI Presentation [Reddit, 42 Comments]
I'm a Senior Data Scientist. My company has asked me to prepare and deliver a 4-hour presentation+masterclass on Agentic AIs — covering what they are, their impact, and providing hands-on practical use cases…I’ve read through many posts here, and I know that many of you have built AI agents across various domains. I’m looking for advice and suggestions on how to approach building agents. I’m aware that we can use frameworks like Crew AI, Langchain, and Autogen. Below are a few areas where I’d really appreciate your input:GitHub repositories for Agentic AI

Making Cloudflare the best platform for building AI Agents
We truly believe that Cloudflare is the ideal platform for building Agents and AI applications (more on why below), and we’re constantly working to make it better — you can expect to see more announcements from us in this space in the future. Before we dive deep into the announcements, we wanted to give you a quick primer on agents. If you are familiar with agents, feel free to skip ahead…I'm building a new Go AI library!!
agent-api devlog 000: Introducing agent-api…I've been working on a provider agnostic Go library for building AI agents. In this video, I go over how it works and the very very early workflows:..Introducing GitHub Copilot agent mode (preview)
Copilot agent mode is the next evolution in AI-assisted coding. Acting as an autonomous peer programmer, it performs multi-step coding tasks at your command — analyzing your codebase, reading relevant files, proposing file edits, and running terminal commands and tests. It responds to compile and lint errors, monitors terminal and test output, and auto-corrects in a loop until the task is completed. Available to all VS Code Insiders users today, and soon in VS Code Stable…LibriScribe - an AI-powered open-source book creation system
Libriscribe is an AI-powered open-source book creation system. The system is designed to help you write your book, from initial concept to a polished manuscript. It uses a multi-agent approach, where specialized AI agents collaborate to handle different stages of the book creation process…Active Agent 0.2: Making Ruby & Rails the Best Choice For AI Development
Rails hasn’t had much tooling for AI… until now. Active Agent is the AI framework built specifically for Ruby and Rails. And now, it’s LIVE. Introducing Active Agent 0.2, a production-ready release candidate so you can start building AI features or refactoring your Rails apps today…Accelerating scientific breakthroughs with an AI co-scientist
We introduce AI co-scientist, a multi-agent AI system built with Gemini 2.0 as a virtual scientific collaborator to help scientists generate novel hypotheses and research proposals, and to accelerate the clock speed of scientific and biomedical discoveries…Is $2,000 too much for a AI agent FB automation??? [Reddit, 78 Comments]
I have a small business and I need to monitor Facebook groups to find potential leads, comment on relevant posts, and send DMs. I was offered an AI agent for $2,000 that would fully automate this process. The developer said the AI agent can be available 24/7 without needing manual input (except maybe a captcha or sth like that)…Does this seem like a reasonable investment, or is it overpriced? Or do you know of any tutorials how I could setup this AI agent for FB myself? Any advice would be very much appreciated…Thanks for reading :)
Hope you had a great week and I’ll see you next Friday!
